Vice District Gov. Ed Gibbons attends 12S Convention

  Johnson City’s own, 12-N Vice District Governor Ed Gibbons, attended the District 12-S Convention Feb. 14 – 16 at Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN, where he acquainted himself with our namesake in the university’s trophy room.
