The Johnson City Lions provide eyeglasses free of charge to indigent residents of Johnson City, Washington County and Unicoi County.
Applicants, please be aware that there is often a waiting list of several months. You must be patient. We urge you to contact other community organizations, government agencies, churches, etc., which may be able to help you more quickly.

GUIDELINES
Each case is given individual consideration on its own merits. Preference is given to children in school, the working poor, and the elderly, in that order. Except in highly unusual circumstances, glasses may not be received more than once every 3 years.
