Welcome to the website of the Johnson City Lions Club of Johnson City Tennessee, a member of the International Association of Lions Clubs! We proudly carry out the motto of the Lions:
WE SERVE
Locally, regionally, nationally and worldwide, we serve the blind, deaf, sick and handicapped. The Lions Club is people of good will banded together to serve their fellow man in ways which, individually, we could not do alone. It is a cooperative effort: We share the load so that the load of the less fortunate will
The Lions is a service club, not a fraternal, business, social or political organization. The reward for the work we do is great; we enjoy the fellowship of some of the finest people in our community; we are warmed by the thanks of those we help; and we share in the knowledge that we are part of an organization renowned for its leadership in the efforts to address our community’s problems.
Regular meetings are held the first and third Thursdays of each month, and the Board of Directors meets on the second Thursday, at the Johnson City Country Club.
