The meeting was called to order at 12:30 PM by President, Steve Campbell, who called on Lion Jim Paveglio to lead the pledge and Vice District Governor Ed Gibbons to ask the blessing.
Lion Debbie Shipley announced PDG Dennis Powell’s sister passed away. She will send a card and food on behalf of the club.
Vice District Governor Ed Gibbons announced in July at the Farmer’s Market Health Fair we will do eye screenings. Do not forget the State Convention in Kingsport at Meadowview Conference Center this weekend May 3-5 please try to attend.
Vice District Governor Ed Gibbons inducted new officers for this year.

New President John Merriss announced committee chairs. His goals for this year are build membership and more eye screenings.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:00 PM.
